              • Sandeep G. Chandiramani is also the Chief Finance Officer of EFI. He has over 20 years of financial leadership and operational experience including a decade supporting Red Hat Inc’s (NYSE:RHT) 100-fold growth worldwide. He was part of the team that took the company public in 1999 and expanded the company’s operations as Regional CFO in Europe and South Asia-Pacific.                     • Ravi A. Uttamchandani is also the Vice President for Corporate Development of EFI. He sits in the Board of Directors of Esquire International Financing, Inc., EFI and HELP, Inc.. He is also the President and CEO of Funlabs Corporation.                       • ATTY. JOSE MARIO C. BUÑAG

                          • Atty. Jose Mario C. Buñag, a tax expert and legal luminary, was a Bureau of Internal Revenue Commissioner from 2005 to 2007. He also served as Deputy Commissioner from 2002 to 2005 in the same agency. He is the founder of Buñag & Associates Law Office and was either a founding, managing or senior partner in various law firms such as Buñag & Uy Law Offices, Buñag & Associates, Roco Buñag Kapunan & Migallos Law Offices. He was also a partner in Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices.

                          Mario graduated cum laude at the Ateneo de Manila University for both his Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees. He placed second in the 1969 Philippine Bar and became a member of the New York bar in 1989. He completed his Masters of Comparative Jurisprudence in 1973 at the New York University where he also took up his Graduate Course in Taxation.

                                • Jaime Enrique Y. Gonzalez is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the IPVG Corporation, a publicly listed company at the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE Ticker Symbol: IP) engaged in the information technology and communications space. Enrique directly handles all investment-related activities of IPVG including fund-raising, mergers and acquisitions and exit. Enrique founded a series of internet start-ups that have been acquired by larger US-based firms including match.ph and itzamatch.com. He was also involved in investment banking focusing on fund-raising and restructuring.

                                Enrique has a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, took up Masters in Entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management and attended business courses at Sophia University in Tokyo and Boston University.

                                      • Atty. Donato T. Faylona has been a law practitioner since 1974. He has extensively appeared in trial courts and administrative bodies including the Securities and Exchange Commission. He widely practiced in corporate law involving joint venture agreements, mergers and acquisitions and maintenance of corporate books. Donato founded the Law Firm of Donato T. Faylona in 2007. He was a partner of Herrera Teehankee Faylona & Cabrera Law Offices, Herera Laurel de los Reyes Roxas & Teehankee Law Offices and K.V. Faylona & Associates. He is either a director or corporate secretary or both of various companies in the Philippines.

                                      Donato took up his Bachelor of Arts at the Ateneo de Manila University. He likewise finished his Bachelor of Laws in the same university where he graduated with honors. He also finished postgraduate courses on the American Constitution and Foreign Investments in the Philippines at the University of Chicago and Ateneo, respectively.

                                            • Atty. Anna Melissa Rosario-Lichaytoo has been engaged in the practice of law for the past 21 years specializing in corporate law which includes corporate restructuring, securities registration, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and information technology contracts, proxy contests and intra corporate disputes. She is a counsel for various companies engaged in information technology, manufacturing, real estate, insurance and insurance brokering, pharmaceutical, banking and environmental conservation.

                                            Melissa is the founding and managing partner of Roxas De los Reyes Laurel Rosario & Leagogo Law Offices. She finished her law degree at the Ateneo de Manila University.
