RAJAN A. UTTAMCHANDANI, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Aside from being at the helm of Esquire Financing, Inc. (EFI), Rajan A. Uttamchandani is also the President and CEO of Esquire International Financing Inc., a leading financing company with significant operations in the Philippines, India, Middle East and other parts of Asia. Rajan joined the financing industry at a very young age through Esquire International. This early exposure contributed a lot to his financial and business expertise — an expertise that paved the way to the attainment of his vision of creating EFI, a company that caters to the financial needs of Philippine businesses.
Rajan also founded HELP, a non-profit microfinancing company with over thirty branches across the Philippines. He is an active member of the Rotary Club of Makati Central, Makati Business Club and the Management Association of the Philippines.
Rajan holds a Bachelors Degree in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley College and a Masters on Entrepreneurship degree from the Asian Insitute of Management. He also finished the Key Executives Program for Owners, President and Management at Harvard Business School.
SANDEEP G. CHANDIRAMANI, Chief Finance Officer
Sandeep G. Chandiramani, American, brings to EFI over 20 years of financial leadership and operational experience including a decade supporting Red Hat Inc’s (NYSE:RHT) 100-fold growth worldwide. He was part of the team that took the company public in 1999 and expanded the company’s operations as Regional CFO in Europe and South Asia-Pacific. Prior to that, he spent 6 years in manufacturing and export companies in the Philippines.
Sandeep is a pioneer of the OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) project in the Philippines and is part of the core team of eKindling, Inc. a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance educational and digital opportunities in underserved communities.
Sandeep passed the CPA Board examinations in the Philippines (12th Place, May 1990) and North Carolina (2001). He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Accountancy degree from the University of the Philippines (cum laude), an MBA from East Carolina University and completed an E-commerce management course at Harvard University.
RAVI A. UTTAMCHANDANI, Vice President for Corporate Development
Ravi A. Uttamchandani sits in the Board of Directors of Esquire International Financing, Inc., Esquire Financing, Inc. and HELP, Inc.. He is also the President and CEO of Funlabs Corporation.
Ravi, an avid sportsman and social figure, belongs to an elite network of next generation business decision makers in the Philippines. He was tapped by EFI to lead its Corporate Development Group in line with the company’s vision to build financial and business partnerships with an extensive number of commercial industries in the country.
Ravi is actively involved in Esquire’s corporate social responsibility projects such as volunteering in Habitat for Humanity and Gawad Kalinga and directly contributing to Gawad Kalinga-Pinagsama. He attended a business school in Boston and went to Enderun Colleges in Manila where he took up Hospitality Management and Hotel Administration.
