Certifications and Consents Provisions

I hereby certify that all information, including the information found in supporting documents hereto, and all supporting documents provided to Esquire Financing Inc. by me or by my sales agent, through the Esquire Financing Inc.’s official sales channels and platforms, or through a document/information collection platform for purposes of this loan application are genuine, legitimate, legally obtained from the issuing government agencies/private entities, true, accurate, and complete and that I agree to notify Esquire Financing Inc. of any changes in any information supplied. Further, I hereby certify that I authorized the submission/uploading of my information/documents, if any, by a sales agent.

I hereby certify that any incorrect or misleading information and misrepresentation may result to disapproval of the application. In case of disapproval, Esquire Financing Inc. is under no obligation to disclose the reason/s for such disapproval. I accept and agree that Esquire Financing Inc. may declare any loan obligation relating to this application due and demandable if any substantial information in this application and in all supporting documents are found to be materially inaccurate.

In furtherance of my application, I hereby give consent to the following circumstances: (1) entrance and inspection of my residence, places of business and operations facility/ies by duly authorized representatives of Esquire Financing Inc. as part of its credit evaluation and in order to validate all the information I have disclosed in this application and in any supporting documents I have submitted to Esquire Financing Inc.; (2) verification of any information provided herein and in any supporting documents hereto with any applicable banks, credit bureaus, private or government agencies and other institutions, as may be indicated in this application and in any supporting documents, or with any entities/individuals I have additionally indicated in this application and in any supporting documents; (3) disclosure of any relevant information by an authorized holder, controller, and processor of the information to confirm and verify the existence, truthfulness, and/or accuracy of any information provided to Esquire Financing Inc.; (4) processing of my information under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. No. 10173) for legitimate and lawful purposes, and disclose any and all information as required by relevant authorities or for any legitimate and lawful purpose; (5) disclosure of information to third party service providers to offer and provide related products and services that may interest me; and (6) receipt from Esquire Financing Inc., its affiliates, and third-party vendors or partners of Short Messaging Services (SMS), mobile and/or email alerts/messages for purposes of confirming or updating this application and its status.

I hereby expressly waive any and all statutory and regulatory provisions governing confidentiality of client information with respect to any information I entered in this application and in any supporting documents hereto only for purposes necessary to process this application and to verify the information provided in this application and in any supporting documents. I hereby indemnify and hold Esquire Financing Inc., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents, representatives and service providers free and harmless from any and all liabilities, third-party claims, losses, damages and costs arising (a) from inaccurate representation of any information, documents, and authorities, (b) from the use of any channels and platforms of Esquire Financing Inc. for loan processing purposes, (c) from any other activities relevant to the loan application and transaction with Esquire Financing Inc.
